Izak Nel and sons, are the proud owners of the Nel Dorpers stud, situated on a farm,Strydpoort, in the Central Free State. Only 28 kilometres from Rouxville, and Aliwal North and 200km from Bloemfontein.
Izak Nel bought the farm Strydpoort in 1989 and together with his wife, Caro Nel they raised their 4 children on this beautiful farm. It is also here that Izak expanded his love for this breed which he started in Barkley East years before.
They recently also bought the Woelewater Stud from Ben Grobbelaar expanding their Stud even further.
